The applicant should meet the following criteria:
• LLB degree or equivalent
• Admitted Attorney
• Experience in Trademark and Intellectual Property law (not essential but advantageous)

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
• Intellectual Property and Trademark related searches
• Trademark registrations (in various classes)
• Copyright advice and guidance
• Legal opinion with regards to Trademark and Intellectual Property law
• Renewal of Trademarks
• Drafting of legal documents
• Reviewing legal documents
