The Traffic Manager will be required to join the already successful team in Johannesburg. The Traffic Manager will lead, develop, and manage the studio and support teams. This job will require you to ensure that the production and support service is efficient, effective and can adapt to changing circumstances.

Traffic Manager job responsibilities will include:

- Manage design, production and support process, allocation of resources, controlling timetables to ensure timeous delivery to customers
- Continually optimises, analyses and makes recommendations on improving team performance and quality of work to ensure best possible results for customers
- Manage team’s tasks and projects through a dedicated system
- Reports directly to directors. The candidate will be expected to give thorough status reports and show how the systems and procedures they are implementing are improving team performance
- Working closely with the relevant departments, such as studio leads and project management, to review, manage and book the right resources for the job
- Conducting status meetings with client service (and project management) per account
- Encouraging collaboration and team-spirit amongst resources

To be perfect for this Traffic Manager job in Johannesburg you will need the following:

- Minimum 3 years' traffic experience in both digital and ATL environments (Agency)
- Relevant Tertiary education to support this job
- Understanding and capability to run projects according to basic digital traffic/agency processes and protocols
- Demonstrate a track record of experience and success in the traffic management field
- Working closely with the relevant departments, such as studio leads and project management, to review, manage and book the right resources for the job
- Conducting status meetings with client service (and project management) per account
- Encouraging collaboration and team-spirit amongst resources
- The ability to manage various projects simultaneously
