You certainly won’t be swamped with textbooks and lectures, but instead hands on in the environment learning the business inside out so that you will go on to being successful when running a franchise. Initially starting out your main focus will be sales and marketing; then we will develop your training skills, groom your leadership capabilities and teach you our business management policies.
To apply for this position you must be looking for a permanent, full-time position. You need to be living in the Durban area and you must have completed Matric or the equivalent qualification.
