Job Description:

Ensuring completion of NAV’s.

Management and statutory reporting of corporate entities.

Ensuring team compliance with all accounting and regulatory obligations.

Liaising with fund managers, brokers and custodians to communicate information and resolve issues.

Ensuring that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines.

Assisting external auditors to ensure that the audit function is executed in a timely and efficient manner.

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual NAV’s, Management accounts and IPD’s and requirements.

Preparation of annual statutory financial statements.

Assisting with cash management and bank payments.

Responsible for all bookkeeping of clients in the portfolio.
