TRAINEE MANAGER (FMCG – RETAIL). PORT ELIZABETH. Market related salary + benefits. Our client in the fmcg / retail industry, is looking to employ a Trainee Manager to join their Distribution Team. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Diploma/Degree in Agriculture/Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing or recognized qualification relevant to the Fruit & Vegetable Industry OR Matric + qualification by significant institution + relevant experience within the fruit & vegetable industry (buying, quality management or warehousing); Must possess a valid driver’s licence; Must have a proven track record of integrity, leadership and achievements; Must possess strong numeracy, literacy and organisational skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills (written & verbal) on all levels.
