Experience or qualifications in marketing; business management; sales; customer services; hospitality.
Great communication and listening skills; confidence to talk to groups of individuals.
The desire to learn and grow (You must be willing to listen and apply the training given)
You must be a team player, the office has over a 100 staff, so you need to be comfortable with working with others.
Emotional maturity, honesty and integrity (no criminal record as we are a financial services provider, also Matric or the equivalent is a minimum requirement)

The ability and desire to want to teach and train as this will be the key to success in this position
