From a standing start in 1994, our dynamic Leadership Development Programme has established over 60 Franchises Nationwide and has grown progressively by taking on exceptionally determined and competitive graduates and training them up to be excellent Sales and Marketing Managers. Since inception, the company has achieved successive year-on-year growth of over 100%. We are looking into expanding internationally towards the end of the year.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for graduates with limited experience to join a forward thinking Company with a training programme that focuses on developing your skills and training you into becoming the future leaders of our Company.

You will be trained up initially on our products and Systems and how to effectively do this business. Through hard work and success you will be looking to progress from the trainee role into a Managerial role where you would be assisting with running the franchise here with us.

The basic earnings for the initial 2 months are between R6500 – R10000 plus commission and incentives, and then significantly more from the third month onwards.

Candidates must have at least a Matric Certification and a South African ID. Experience is not as important as genuine ambition and a drive to succeed.
