Key performance areas:

? The managing of staff
? Handling of IR issues
? Driving your development program as outlined by the company
? Manage various departments by maximizing profitability
? Managing stock
? Responsible for hygiene and housekeeping
? Assist with grocery promotions
? Assist with accuracy of price and point of sale


The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with Accounting / Mathematics and a Retail / Business qualification
? Experience in a retail environment
? Passionate about Retail
? Proven leadership abilities in the past
? Must be result orientated
? Proven written and verbal skills
? Must have a passion for retail
? Must have values and integrity
? Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
? Must have a valid and unendorsed driver’s license with own reliable transport
? Must be willing to work shifts
? Must reside in the Western Cape
