We offer an astute three-month career programme, The career programme commences with a 3 month, full time, intensive programme establishing the essential foundations required to become a leading financial sale executive and ultimately the opportunity to be promoted into ownership within the organisation.

This enables you as trainee to effortlessly interact and gain first-hand information on how to do the business, always adding to your growth and development as a trainee professional.

Month 1
Our professional trainers whom have traded in various markets and you will embark on the journey of the world’s most prestigious financial markets and share their real-time experience in the futures market. You will gain an excellent understanding and knowledge of our products and how the business works.

Month 2
You will gain extensive product knowledge and promote product on behalf of the company and interact with clients and build strong lasting relationships with our customers. We will provide you with warm leads and will give you the various tools to be a successful sales executive. Through this you will gain a good understand of the day to day tasks of the business and the core of the company.

Month 3
Once you have master’s sales and reach targets you will be promoted to a qualified trainer and have the honour of teaching and training your own sales and marketing team. You will now have a leadership role and have the opportunity to grow into an owner through personal and self-development.

Our course is designed to provide a gateway for those who want to make a career in sales and build a strong foundation. Three months will provide you sufficient time to gauge your ability to trade in every condition, using a variety of strategies. You will receive leading training and a platform to be an entrepreneur. A competitive basic salary and uncapped commission will be provided from day one.

Traders who finish flat or positive and pass the level-3 test (dependent on relative progression, P&L performance and risk management team’s report) will receive full or partial backing with a very competitive split between LDN Capital and trader.

Eligibility
• Good academic background or strong experience in the financial market.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
