This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role is a long term career opportunity and will consist of-

• Working alongside an experienced Recruitment Consultant in order to understand the profiles, CV’s and experience your clients are looking for
• Compiling job specifications in order to attract top quality candidates on behalf of you clients
• Maintaining & developing existing client relationships whilst sourcing,
approaching & winning new business through a verity of sales techniques
• Managing your candidate’s applications and guiding them through the application process to secure opportunities
• Developing an online presence in order to effectively engage with your expanding client and candidate network

Minimum Requirements
• Matric
• Fully Computer Literate – Microsoft Word –Email Internet and Job portals
• Good Command of English and business writing
