Enthusiastic Sales agents needed to join a very busy, energetic direct marketing sales team. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who will be able to grow and develop and eventually to lead and coach a team of hungry and target driven individuals. In return we will give you a clear career development path and industry leading training and support.

As a Sales Agent you will be ensuring sales are on the “up” and the team are working to the best of their abilities. You will be supporting the business owner in the day to day activities and lead by example by reaching your own personal targets, lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and new business generation.

Experience in telesales, marketing and leadership would be ideal, however, if you have the right attitude and exceptional work ethic then please apply. Our training is comprehensive and ongoing.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD NEED THE FOLLOWING:

o Experience in target driven sales is a bonus
o Experience in the hospitality or retail industries is beneficial
o Strong work ethic, career driven attitude
o Confident hunter profile and able to handle pressure
o Outstanding communication skills – Afrikaans highly beneficial
