We are looking for an energetic Trainee Sales Manager who combines commerciality, customer service, personality and drive. Someone who can inspire, develop and lead a sales team. A Trainee Manager who can maintain focus in a busy, fast paced environment and deliver great results on a consistent basis. Earnings bracket is between R6000 and R12 000.

As a Trainee Manager you will lead and inspire a team to drive sales, comply with operating standards and provide the most amazing customer experience.

You will act as a role model for all employees to attain the very best customer service through training and encouraging individuals to express themselves. Identify areas in which to develop your business in order to maximise growth and profitability. You will ensure that you and your team are fully up to date on product knowledge and the trends in the market.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. As a minimum, you need to have completed Matric since we are an Authorized Financial Services Provider
2. Experience in leadership and training a team will be advantageous
3. Great communication skills (Afrikaans speaking will be a bonus)
4. The desire to learn and grow, we as a company are big on development
5. Goal driven with a great work ethic
6. The ability to work with people, to inspire and mentor others
