Remuneration:
R18000 - R20000 + Commission (Negotiable based on experience.)

Main Functions:

• Driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets every month.
• Training and developing staff to ensure every client experience is exceptional.
• To ensure that the sales team consistently adhere to the company code of conduct and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant National Business Diploma.
• Alternatively, 4 years management experience with results.
• Must be over the age of 30.
• Classic, Elegant and sophisticated in appearance and demeanour.
• Must be able to work retail hours(45 hours a week. 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays a month)
