TRAINEE SALES REPRSENTATIVE
Position description:
As a Trainee Sales Rep you will be responsible to learn the sales process by completing training assignments and assisting in sales related projects.
1 x position in Cape Town and
1 x position in Durban.

Requirements:
• Candidates must be a South African citizen.
• B.Pharm / B.Sc (Biochem / Micro/ Pharma Science, etc) degree or science related qualification
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Administrate/ Sales Administrative would be advantageous
• English, read, write and speak
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Good influencing and negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and the ability to present clearly
• Problem Solving and strong Analytical skills
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated with a demonstration of initiative;
• Computer literacy in MS Office; Excel and Power Point

KPA’s

• Learns sales administration by completing rotation in sales office functions.
• Observes sales process by traveling with sales representatives; attending sales and service calls.
• Observe in detailing Products to Specialists, Healthcare Professionals, Supportive Care Staff, Medical Aid Case Managers, Private and State, Hospitals for attainment of set sales target with assigned sales representative
• Support Individual customer potential analysis and developmental plans;
• Contribute to the competitor and market analysis;
• Customer relationship management;
• Assist in key opinion leader identification and development;
• Assist in arranging of CME’s and round table discussions;
• Learns sales process by completing training program; completing study assignments. • Practices sales process by calling on existing and then new accounts; adhering to established sales steps.

Remuneration

R8000 TO R12000 depending on qualification and experience
