Description:

A financial company is looking for Trainee VP, Sales to lead their dynamic sales team. This position is a junior sales leadership position within the financial services sales team, and will play a critical role in helping to position the company international. The Trainee VP Sales will be responsible for growing and direct client revenues and achieve/exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. The desired candidate will be well established and will have the opportunity to build their own sales and marketing team. All the training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

Meet or exceed revenue targets on a consistent basis
Lead high quality sales, sales management and forecasting plans and processes
Hands on, working leader that can train and develop a high performing Sales team
Player/Coach role
Prospect and develop new business within territory; develop lasting business relationships that lead to renewable business
Plan and execute high impact meetings, sales proposals and solutions for prospects and customers resulting in significant contracts and recurring business opportunities
Communicate emerging market needs and requirements for product development

Proven excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic team oriented environment
An individual of high integrity, energy, positive energy and enthusiasm; self-directed and motivated
Minimum Matric Certificate
