JOB PURPOSE:
To effectively detect incidents that occurs on the respective province’s Freeway network and to dispatch the relevant assistance timeously to save lives and reduce traffic congestion.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
? Grade 12 would be an advantage
? 1-2 years call center experience
? Conversant in at least 2 languages
? Computer literacy
? Driver’s License (Own transport due to shift work)
? Familiar with G FIP network (Gauteng) and the FMS

SKILLS:
? Assertiveness
? Good people skills
? Ability to cope with unusual work schedules
? Team player
? Strong communication and writing skills
? Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Internet.
? Telephone etiquette.
? Multi- tasking skills

? Actively monitor and detect incidents within 3 minutes of their occurrence via the various detection methods:
