Are you a dynamic and independent technical Trainer, with experience in delivering classroom-based training?

Do you have advanced experience developing & delivering training in a Financial Software Environment?

Our client, a leader in their niche field, is looking for your skills to advance their training capabilities in the African market.

Minimum Requirements:
B Com degree
Training qualification (desirable)
3 – 5 yrs.’ exp. in a financial environment
Exp. facilitating classroom style training for a minimum of 12 months in the last 2 yrs.
Willing to travel extensively both nationally and internationally
Valid driver’s license and own transport

Technical knowledge:
Financial Software (Essential)

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate training on Financial Software to external clients: classroom and online
Improvement of existing training material
Onsite client visits
Full ownership of the African Market
Ensure that training needs meets customer satisfaction
Create and improve training material for all training courses
Provide feedback to management on any issues / request
