A well known Global Client of ours based in the city centre is seeking a Trainer / Learning Content whose main purpose would be to liaise with UK regarding drafting technical and systems training materials and managing 2 Learning Delivery Leads.

Requirements:
Must have Call Centre (pref UK) Training experience.
Must have experience with Technical and Systems Training.
Must have experience drafting training materials.
Must have Tertiary qualification or courses in Training.

This person must be well articulated and presented.
