Our client is a customer experience outsourcing that transforms business performance. They are currently seeking to employ a Trainer with a physiotherapy background to join their expanding business and HR Team.

Duties Include:
• Facilitation And Coaching
o Facilitates learning and development programmes across multiple scopes, including but not limited to, product, system and customer experience training using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures
o Conducts train-the-trainer sessions when required
o Conducts coaching and one-on-one training when required to ensure optimal transfer of knowledge and skills
o Ensures facilitation of training interventions meets the required schedule and quality requirements
o Conducts leadership training when required
o Supports any refresher training needs

• Design And Analysis
o Conducts training needs analyses to determine learning and development requirements through the use of assessments, surveys, focus groups and consultation with operations, management and client stakeholders
o Identifies the best method of fulfilling training needs as identified during the training needs analysis
o Sources, analyses and reviews the content and methodology of training providers or clients, and selects and/or updates those that best meet training, operational and client requirements and desired business outcomes
o Supports in identifying and translating business outcomes into training content including learner guides, facilitator guides and other learning material such as hand-outs, posters etc.
o Designs training material as and when necessary
o Designs assessments to ensure optimal learning and retention of knowledge
o Designs and develops alternative training methods if expected outcomes are not achieved
o Supports the updating of knowledge and learning material on the online knowledge system to promote continuous learning and to ensure easy and continuous access to learning material

• Measurement And Reporting
o Maintains accurate training records
o Compiles training reports on training success rates, training attendance and any other reporting as required
o Monitors and reports on training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded and expenditure is justified within the defined ROI methodology
o Reports on ROI against training events in line with the defined ROI methodology defined ROI methodology
Requirements:
• Matric (Essential)
• Physiotherapy Qualification (Non-negotiable)
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a training or facilitation role would be preferred
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a health services / clinical / medical environment will be preferred
• Knowledge of learning methodologies and different learning styles to adapt training accordingly
