-3-5 years experience training/facilitation experience

-Phenomenal Presentation skills
-Good Understanding of Sales and Customer service
-Energetic

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Deliver internal workshops, courses and programs and facilitation sessions
*Effective planning and Execution of training
*Feedback and input on course material design
*Identify training needs
*Maintain and develop relationships with internal Team Managers
*Provide coaching advice for staff career development
