Smartworx BPO is currently seeking a dynamic, skilled trainer to work within our company. This exciting role involves providing specialist advice and knowledge to students in our Academy. You will also assist in the effective and efficient progression and development of the students.
Additional Requirements:
• Awareness and knowledge of the different SETA’s and standards required .
•Ability to deliver results and meet company expectations.
•Facilitate, coach and mentor groups and individuals.
•Evaluate and create training, learning and development programmes and.
• Individual must be able to work in Durban.

Qualifications:
• Relevant Degree or diploma
•At least 2 years relevant work experience.
• Certificate in assessor, moderator or facilitator, advantageous.
