JOB PURPOSE:
Develop and implement relevant Training interventions for the ROC Employees in line with company policies, procedures and Client Government Specific Contact Requirements

Delivery of local KPIs

JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan and Conduct Training Sessions
Conduct On-Job Coaching
Responsible for all training related record keeping.
Develop and update ROC Training material
Assessment of ROC staff
Participate in and conduct Audits
Manages the relationship with CSC, LO and PM
Quality Assurance & Management
Any other duties assigned by the General Manager, Technical Manager and/or PM

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
NQF Level 4 – Education, Training and Development Practitioner, with at least 4 years’ experience
Minimum grade 12 qualification for South Africa
Technical background and experience
Quality Management Experience
Desired languages are English and other European Languages
Excellent written and verbal English
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task with good organisation skills with an ability to plan and execute
Acts with integrity
Resilient with an ability to work in a fast paced multi-task environment
Good analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based judgement with good attention to detail
Computer literate in Microsoft packages
Valid driver’s license and own transport
Flexible approach to working hours and travel
