1.       Operational / Technical / Financial Results:



  • Train and develop staff to be at a level of competence required to perform work and fulfil responsibilities effectively

  • Ensure that training interventions delivered achieve, and are aligned to, business objectives

  • Ensure training content is clearly linked to specific job requirements


 2.       Personal Competence Results:



  • Understand, convey and set an example of company values, culture and business objectives / strategy

  • Ensure effective updating of own knowledge of systems and processes


 3.       Innovation Results:



  • Contribute to optimising work practices and procedures via suggestions and feedback

  • Ensure up-to-date research of training topics


 4.       Relationship Results:



  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with staff, colleagues, peers and external business partners


 5.       Customer Results:



  • Ensure training quality meets organisational and sector standard requirements

  • Ensure training interventions meet customer needs and expectations


 6. Audits/measurements/assessments



  •                 Manage assessment results

  •                 Prepare feedback reports to various stakeholders

  •                 Present feedback sessions to both learners and management regarding results


 7. Compliance



  •                 Ensure training delivery is in line with training material  and business specific requirements

  •                 Ensure compliance to all quality assurance compliance documentation and procedures

  •                 Ensure all processes and procedures are followed regarding training manuals, lesson plans, measurement and knowledge assessment tools

  •                 Ensure all records are kept regarding learning hours, formal and informal



  • Standard 10 / Grade 12 / NQF 5

  • B Degree or Diploma

  • 1 - 3 years’ work experience: financial planning



  • Must have an understanding of human behaviour principles (group dynamics) and learning models


Strong facilitation, presentation and evaluation skills required
