- Ensure training delivery is in line with training material and business specific requirements
- Ensure compliance to all quality assurance compliance documentation and procedures
- Ensure all processes and procedures are followed regarding training manuals, lesson plans, measurement and knowledge assessment tools
- Ensure all records are kept regarding learning hours, formal and informal
- Standard 10 / Grade 12 / NQF 5
- B Degree or Diploma
- 1 - 3 years’ work experience: financial planning
- Must have an understanding of human behaviour principles (group dynamics) and learning models
