Training and Development Manager - Johannesburg
Urgently looking for a Training and development Manager for a client based in Gauteng. The successful incumbent will manage the development, delivery and quality assurance of all learning and development in accordance with the company policies and procedures. The development work relates more to the ongoing, long-term continuous professional development and improvement of employees so that they can fulfil their potential within that organisation. A minimum of a degree in HR Management, Diploma in Training Management and at least 5yrs training experience in the mining/engineering industry plus at least 5yr managerial experience will be essential. Knowledge of related software and legislation is essential.
