An experienced Sales Executive is sought to join this training company based in Durban. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, but also excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage sales administration.

The organisation is responsible for providing full in house training and provides competitive financial products to the public. They are one of South Africa’s front runners in the financial field and provide some of the best insurance, medical, money and finance manage products.

The Sales Executive role offers a huge opportunity for the right candidate to join a rapidly growing training business and grow with the company. Alongside selling, marketing and generating new business, you will also be responsible for managing sales administration.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for the following:
- Scheduling and maintaining up-to-date quarterly records of sales and training
- Dealing with incoming and outbound calls to customers
- Promoting product on behalf of the company
- Providing excellent customer service to a standard that exceeds customer and business expectations.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with customers

To be a successful as a Sales Executive, you must be able to think creatively and problem solve independently when considering your sales / marketing and take a considered approach to your personal training and development.

This role really does require someone with enthusiasm, a high level of motivation and fantastic interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to build business relationships and successfully network within numerous industries.
