Training – Call Centre – 1 Year Contract

The Role:
The purpose of this role is to deliver, evaluate and report on all Business Unit specific training within the operation in order to contribute to the successful delivery of contractual obligations

Main Duties:
• Training
• Learning Assessments
• Administration and Record Keeping

Qualifying Criteria:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum 2-3 years Training experience within a call center
• MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken command of English

Salary on Offer:
Market Related CTC per month - Dependent on experience; excluding a substantial performance based bonus.
