Our company is currently looking for an experienced Training Coordinator who will be responsible for the complete end-to-end client training function for the company. Sets policy regarding training requirements, monitors training and reports on training to management.

Responsibilities
• Provide a detailed plan for the yearly training calendar
• Develop creative marketing approaches for promoting training
• Coordinating the delivery of training
• Identifying training and development needs within client organizations through needs analysis and regular consultation with clients
• Building relationships with clients
• Maintains, promotes and enforces adherence to quality requirements/specifications and standards continuously
• Ensure profitability of overall training department
• Effectively collect and align the client requirements to drive agreed targets and corporate objectives within the agreed budgets.
• Manage the training budget effectively
• Meeting revenue targets set.
• Providing detailed reporting on Training Activity, Potential Forecast Activity and client activity and movement

Requirements
• At least 5 years’ experience in similar or related position and industry
• A business related qualification will also be beneficial.
• Sound understanding of IT technology concepts.
• Previous work experience in a software development environment would be ideal.
• Experience with compiling syllabi
• Project management experience in an IT environment
• Teaching experience also advantageous
