  • Knowledge of BBEEE and EE 
  • MS Office Advanced 
  • Knowledge of T&D Administrative Processes 

 

Duties 

  • Provide day to day T&D support and advice to employees, line managers, HR Colleagues, and external suppliers
  • Administrative tasks to address immediate T&D topics, e.g. Course bookings, training records, queries.
  • Understand and work to key T&D processes, methods and tools including metrics, standards and policies.
  • Support BEE and EE initiatives to improve BEE targets and EE targets.
  • Manage eLearning at site level, including registration of learners, special projects
  • Support targeted training and development initiatives
  • Training administration, program bookings, event management ,participation liaison, training effectiveness metrics and tracking
  • Prepare Annual training needs, to support training budget
  • Administrative support of performance management - processes and tools (motiv8)
  • Vendor liaison and administration of training PO 's - source external training suppliers.
  • Define and document T&D processes, provide T&D service, plan, execute and coordinate T&D to match organisational needs.
