Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a training environment role
Experience sourcing new clients
Experience in the coordination and organisation of groups of individuals
Job Description:
Source new customers
150-200 calls per day
Planning and arranging of training courses
Liaison with suppliers
Submissions of formal offers and tenders to large companies
Quotes
Preparation of training material
Reporting
Debtors follow up
General admin
Requirements:
Strong admin skills
Reside in around the Northern/ Western suburbs
Reliable
Excellent attendance record
Stable employment history with contactable references
