Training & Development Coordinator needed for a leading mining company in Northern Cape!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Training & Development Coordinator to lead culture transformation programmes, facilitation, acquisition or coordination of learning interventions, run the full spectrum of the training centre, organisational development, leadership development, culture development and management training. Ideally you will have a relevant Degree in Training or Human Resource Development Management. Plus about 6 years’ Training and Organisational Development experience in a mining environment.
