Training & Development Manager needed for a leading mining company in Limpopo!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Training & Development Manager that will provide a human resources service and your main focus will be culture transformation programmes, where you will lead the facilitation, acquisition or coordination of learning interventions or programmes. We will depend on you to run the full spectrum of the training centre. Organisational development will include leadership development, culture development and management training. Ideally you will have a relevant Degree Human Resource Development Management. Plus about 10 years’ Training and Organisational Development experience in a mining environment.
