Our Client in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Training Facilitator / Assessor.

JOB SUMMARY: Facilitation of First Aid; Fire and various Health & Safety courses together with any associated administrative duties.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Subject Matter Expert with formal qualification in at least one of the training fields
Registered Assessor with matric and valid driver’s licence
3 years training experience in one of the fields of training
Advantageous:
Any qualification or experience in:
2nd field of training
Management
Moderation
Learning Program Development

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Learner orientation and induction
Facilitation of First Aid; Fire and various Health & Safety courses
Conduct assessment of facilitated information
Compiling and maintaining administrative records
Security and maintenance of training equipment and resources
Learning Program Development
Customer care and relations

PACKAGE:
R10 000 p/m going up to R12 000 p/m when permanently employed.
