Train the trainer accreditation an advantage
Assessor accreditation a bonus
Competent skills in English (written and spoken)

Develop training material for technical training and soft skills
Training material must be in line with the NQF and SAQA requirements
Quality Assure all training material
Evaluation of training programs
Develop training resources
Design and co-ordinate staff training based on the organisations and employees needs
Analyse training needs
Facilitate training
Ensure professional delivery of all training
Source external training that may benefit the employees and the organisation TEAM
