Job Description:

Compile training needs analysis matrix
Coordinate, administer and present prescribed in-house training courses for employees and monitor results of same
Conduct training sessions including but not limited to specified areas such as new employee orientation, on-the-job training, relevant technical training, customer service, sales techniques and health and safety practices
Ensure that all training processes and procedures are conducted in line with the company's Training and Development Policy and SOP’s
Conduct interviews, use questionnaires, feedback reports and/or accompany technical staff into the field and assess their performance against learning done
Compile training reports

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources OR Industrial Psychology OR Suitable Occupational Directed Educations & Development Practices (ODETDP) (NQF 5) Qualification
2-3 Years operational experience in training and development
1 Years technical training experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous
Accredited Assessor and Moderator (ETDP SETA)
Valid Driver’s License and own reliable transport
