Duties include but not limited to the following:
Plan, coordinate and report on Training & Development for the companies within the Group. Coordinate all training internal and external interventions within the Group, with liaison between Management, Employees and Training Providers. Review all learning programmes and identify their fit with learning needs. Ensure compliance with Training, HR & Labour Law legislative requirements – this includes WSP-ATR & aspects of EE & BBBEEE Reporting. Drive the Career Path Development and Succession Planning initiatives in support of the overall Group objectives. This includes the Recruitment & Selection of new staff for the Unemployed Learnership Trainee Programmes which is a talent pipeline and a strategic focus. Engage in partnerships with Training Service Providers to drive learning outcomes. Engage in partnerships with the FoodBev SETA with respect to skills planning and Discretionary Funded Projects. Engage Management to ensure an understanding of HR/ Training policies, processes and systems. Compile information for internal communications and quarterly publications and assist with any projects which benefit and support the overall Employment Engagement and HR Strategy.

Minimum Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field. 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing a Training Department within the Manufacturing/FMCG industry. Facilitator or Coaching skills. Registered Assessor. Good understanding of NQF process and relevant legislation. Experience with training and SETA’s
