Our client, a leader in their niche field is looking for your skills to ensure the success of their training service.

Minimum Requirements:

B Com degree / similar
Training qual. (desirable)
3 yrs. exp. in a management role
3 – 5 yrs.’ exp. in software training
Experience in Accounting an adv.
Ability to implement multi-dimensional training (online, and classroom)
Willing to travel nationally and internationally when required
Valid driver’s license and own transport

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive management role leading the training department, as well as implementing training holistically
Create training solutions for clients
Oversee internal training
Management of all internal, external and out sourced trainers
Responsible for identifying and implementing multi-dimensional training channels (web, e-learning etc.)
Representing Training at a senior level
