Training Manager needed for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Training Manager that will provide training service, transformation programmes, where you will lead the facilitation, acquisition or coordination of learning interventions or programmes. You will run the full spectrum of the training centre. Organisational development will include leadership development, culture development and management training. Ideally you will have a relevant Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Development. Plus about 8 years’ Training and/or Organisational Development experience.
