Training Manager
Seeking an experienced Training Manager for an established BPO dealing with International and Local clients.

The Role:
The purpose of the role is to manage the Trainers on site within the business units in order to establish direction, and ensure delivery of Business Unit-specific training and development interventions to meet the customer needs through the deployment of best practice methodologies.

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
Training qualification
ODETDP qualification- advantageous
2-3 years experience as a Training Manager within a contact centre
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizen’s ONLY

Salary on Offer:
R30,000 CTC per month - Dependent on experience plus a lucrative performance bonus – paid annually
