Training Manager - Cape Town:
Requirements:
Minimum 5 - 8 years Training Management and Learning and Development project management experience
Must have experience managing a team of Trainers/ Facilitators
Must have experience in the call centre/ BPO environment
Experience managing large scale operations across regions
Must be flexible and able to adapt to an ever changing, high pressure environment
Must have resilience and excellent negotiation skills
Ability to understand business strategic objectives and align learning solutions proactively
