You will define, develop, implement and resource/manage a fit for purpose systems and process training strategy, operational plan and training team that will deliver and enable a high-performance team through continuous learning and knowledge transfer across the value chain. Your key job responsibilities as the Training Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Define and present an appropriate training strategy for Boost that supports the Divisional Strategy (right blend, right content, right tools)
- Develop and project manage the delivery plan that supports and is aligned to strategy and rollout schedule
- Analyse and evaluation the effectiveness of the training plan, against business objectives – redesign/amend accordingly
- Providing direction, structure, business plans and support in the implementation of training plan
- Ensure a resourced, capable team to deliver on training plan as per agreed milestones and performance indicators
- Source, induct, and manage talent in alignment with the SSH strategic objectives
- Report on a monthly basis to the Leader team relating to progress made within the training function and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organization

Requirements for this Training Manager job in Johannesburg:

- 4-7 years in an Oracle training/learning/module development and implementation environment
- Shared Service Centre experience is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and/or equivalent with strong L&D focus
- Post graduate degree with a strong L&D focus
- Oracle University Certification advantageous
- Developing, and delivering on, a training strategy for Oracle based training (Finance, HR, SCM and Asset Management)
- Specific training content development and delivery using a blended format
- Knowledge management
- Understanding of continuous process improvement methodology
- Experience in a shared service centre/business outsourcing environment
- Project management
- Measuring ROI of training
