Training Manager needed for a leading Construction company in Mpumalanga!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Training Manager that will provide a human resources service and your main focus will be culture transformation programmes, where you will lead the facilitation, acquisition or coordination of learning interventions or programmes. We will depend on you to run the full spectrum of the training centre. Organisational development will include leadership development, culture development and management training. Ideally you will have a relevant B degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Development Management. Plus about 8 years’ Training and Organisational Development experience, of which 4 years’ must have been in a managerial position.
