The Growth Specialist is responsible for analysing and evaluating product based training needs and objectives of customers to develop, schedule and conduct training programs and courses i.e. introductory WebTrack training for POC clients, new clients and existing clients.

The Growth Specialist is also responsible for assisting the Assistant Sales Manager for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating training and development programs to acquire the skills and develop the sales staff competencies required by to meet organisational objectives.

The Growth Specialist is also responsible for analysing and compiling trend analysis for existing clients to grow the GT portfolio within existing client base.

In addition the will also conduct competitor analysis to be used in refresher

WebTrack training for current clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Training Customers on Products

Work Activities

Quality and/or discard needs and only implement the relevant training needs and requirements of customers and individuals including POC clients, new clients and existing clients.

Coordinating, scheduling and conducting product training programs that are hardware or software related that can be delivered in the form of individual or group instruction.

Introduction of product range to new clients and existing clients, in order to grow the portfolio and maintain customer retention.

Conduct trend analysis and ROI for existing clients in order to grow existing clients inportfolio and maintain client retention.

Assisting in preparing and developing instructional training and aids such as manuals, visual aids, online tutorials, demonstration models, and supporting training reference documentation.

Gain full understanding of new products and systems and new product version releases

Administration

Work Activities

Preparing and developing content for instructional training material and aids such as handbooks, visual aids, online tutorials, demonstration models and supporting training reference documentation.

Conduct competitor analysis for the purposes of developing new sales training material.

Conduct analysis of current customer base to identify training needs.

Gaining all client required information prior to conducting training for POC clients, new clients and existing clients.

Create and maintain/update database for future training requirements of clients.

After training complete and send client surveys.

Create a quarterly training plan based on training, awareness and product knowledge for new clients, existing clients, NGO’s, distributors and internal staff.

Monthly feedback to Sales Manager regarding amount of training and revenue created in training sessions.
