Key Duties & Responsibilities
To identify training and learning needs in specified units in your regionTo design and develop training programmes to meet specific needs in all unitsTo present outcomes based training programmes to the standards required of Headline Leisure ManagementTo co-ordinate the implementation of NQ’s and follow throughTo keep accurate training recordsTo evaluate the impact of the training intervention for the individual and companyTo assist with the co-ordination of administration to ensure the smooth running of the training centreTo maintain the training cycle within all the units in your specified area linked up to the Work place Skills Plan.
