KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Implement and maintain the HRD quality management system
• Define and identify training needs as per contract
• Co-ordinate delivery of training and competency assessments
• Train as per training matrix
• Monitor compliance to training matrix
• Develop, maintain and update training manuals
• Maintain quality in training delivery
• Develop and implement: facilitators manuals, capability assessments, workplace competency assessments and customize training material for sites
• Generate reports with regards to training

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Accreditation as an assessor
• Section 13 (26D) Earth Moving Mechanic

EXPERIENCE:
• 5 years related work experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Computer literate – MS Office
• Must have his/her own transport to travel to various sites when required
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Knowledge of mines
• Effective planning and communication skills
