• Train the Trainer National Certificate – OD ETDP Level 3
• Assessor’s Certificate
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Raise bore operator
• Computer literate – Familiar with Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
• Communicate fluently in English and Fanagolo will be an advantage

Our Training Department is seeking to fill the position of a Training Officer in our Raise Bore division. The potential candidate will report to the Training Co-Ordinator and assist with the daily training requirements and effectively train and educate the employees regarding technical and core operations of our drilling services. Experience in developing and reviewing training material is essential.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
• Develop, document and revise courses as per standardized course development processes.
• Write instruction materials to meet objectives.
• Ensure that all training material and employee training files are kept up to date.
• Ensure all training rules are adhered to.
Qualifications and experience:
• Train the Trainer National Certificate – OD ETDP Level 3
