Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree in HR Management / Training
- Minimum 3 years' training experience in the FMCG / Pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to regulatory quality management systems requirements
- Communicate the training schedule on a weekly basis
- Ensure learners are assessed immediately after training
- Mark learner assessments and update learner records
- Conduct induction training for new staff
- Implement and manage ABET Programme
- SOP training
- Design / develop training material
- Implement new learning strategies
- Review and update training SOP's
