Our Client who is based in Witbank and has servicing contracts with various Mpumalanga Mines has a permanent position for a suitably qualified Training Officer.
Salary: 400K per annum including Medical Aid and Provident Fund.
The focus of the position will be to render Skills Transfer and dedicated training in Auto Electrical Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Section 13 (Olifantsfontein or MERSETA Trade Test)
• Experience on Cat, Liebherr, Komatsu and Bell as well as other earthmoving machines.
• A certification as Trainer will be an added advantage
• Medically fit
• Valid Driving License

Experience

• 3 to 5 years post Trade Test experience
• Exceptional ability and competence in skills transfer, course design, practical training and mentorship.
• Experience in training of Apprenticeships is essential
• Mining experience essential
