Our vehicle fleet client in Midrand is looking to employ a Training Officer

Educational Requirements & experience needed:

• Basic Matric;
• Experience and skills in training
• Operational Fleet Management Education an added benefit

Core Technical Competencies:

Essentials Advantageous
• Candidates must have experience in the fleet management industry with preferably some training back ground, knowledge or client liaison
exposure.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Ability to present to a audience
• Computer literate
• MS Office • Worked on FleetPro or similar systems
• Fleet Management experience i.e. leasing or rental company industries


Key Responsibility Areas:
• To train clients staff in the daily use of the FleetPro product
• Produce learning materials specific to the product
• To offer online and telephonic support to the client base
• To offer onsite support to the client base
• To assist in the implementation of the FleetPro product
• To assist in product development and testing
• To assist in system, build and data capture when required
• To create additional income via existing clients through the promotion of services and company products

• Presentable to company standards
• Hard working
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Comfortable in presentations
• Ability to think out of the box

Special requirements,:
• English and Afrikaans and if possible an African language
• Reliable own vehicle – necessary for external meetings and site visits
• Willingness to work outside of normal hours if required
• Willing to Travel and spends nights away from home
• EU Passport

o Work load has increased on present incumbents one staff semi-permanent at Ford
o To support anticipated additional sales
o To support growing client base
