Training Officer – Hydepark (Sandton)
MUST have Degree or 3 year Diploma otherwise application WILL NOT be considered
A large call Centre based in Sandton requires an experienced Training Officer very urgently
Salary: R17 000 basic + incentives

Qualifications required:
Degree or 3 year Diploma (preferable)
Training qualification
At least 2 years Training eperience
Must be able to speak Afrikaans
Must be influential
Must be target driven

Duties include, but are not limited to
Induction
Facilitate Sales Training
Develop training intervention for Perm Staff
Motivate and mentor trainees
Ad hoc duties
Represent the business professionally, honestly and with integrity
