Training Superintendent needed for a leading mining company in Northern Cape!

To assist with training needs and transformation, implement and monitor the social and labour plan, including ABET, succession planning, learnership programmes, mentoring programmes and employee housing and supervise training budgetary process. Ideally you will have a Degree in HRD or related. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in an operational HRD role in a mining environment is essential.
